Marketing/Sales Representative – Travel Agency

Key Responsibilities

• Promote travel services through digital and in-person channels
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales leads
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Represent the agency at events, expos, and networking functions (optional but encouraged)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotions
• Keep up to date with travel trends, packages, and destinations to better serve clients
• Maintain a strong social media presence to attract and engage potential customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in social media marketing and online lead generation
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, tourism, or business
• Passion for travel, destinations, and cultural experiences

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients
• Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries with timely communication
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client interests
• Record client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance
• Assist in creating promotional materials, newsletters, and online content
• Provide clients with travel quotes, itinerary suggestions, and booking support
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
