Massage/Spa Therapist

Join our boutique wellness spa in Hanmer Springs as a full-time Massage Therapist (minimum 30 hours weekly). We’re seeking someone skilled, caring, and confident in relaxation and therapeutic treatments. A diploma or certificate of relevant anatomy or musculoskeletal knowledge is preferred, or at least three years of experience. Lilian The Brazilian Wellness & Spa is looking for a dedicated Massage Therapist to join our friendly, professional team. Our spa focuses on personalised wellness, high-quality treatments, and exceptional guest care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic massages

• Tailoring treatments to guests needs and offering aftercare advice

• Maintaining treatment rooms, hygiene, and spa standards

• Completing guests notes and following spa protocols

Requirements:

• Diploma or certificates of health-related training (e.g., anatomy, musculoskeletal work) or minimum 3 years’ professional massage experience

• Confidence with deep tissue techniques

• Excellent presentation and communication

• Availability for weekends and tourism peak times
