As part of our expansion in India, we are looking to hire three experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented B2B Media Sales Executives to join our high-performing team in Manila.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive new business development by prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry research.
  • Sell advertising space, brand activations, and content packages for The CEO Magazine across Asia, India and global markets.
  • Pitch to and build relationships with CEOs, C-suite executives, and key decision-makers.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing, ensuring strong pipeline management and revenue delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, meeting quotas, and opportunity creation goals.
  • Maintain accurate data and sales hygiene in Zoho CRM and submit weekly sales reports.
  • Be an ambassador for our brand and contribute to the growth of our media presence in the region.

What we're looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience – media or ad sales experience preferred.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close high-value deals, and build lasting client relationships.
  • Confident in cold calling, sales presentations, and client negotiations.
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of commercial media or publishing sales preferred.
  • Zoho or CRM proficiency – with attention to detail in pipeline and data management.
  • Driven, tenacious, and passionate about sales in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Working hours depending on your market focus (ANZ):

  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • This is an on site - in the office position based in our Metro Manila office
