Summary:

Position: Medical Front Office (back office and front office)

Hours: 9am to 4:30pm; Monday -Thursday

Pay Rate: $23-24hr DOE

Location: Anaheim

Duties

• Scheduling appointments
• Greet patients upon arrival and check out according to protocol
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance and provide excellent customer service
• Take detailed and accurate messages
• Guide patients to the back office
• Patient Check-In
