EXPERIENCED MEDICAL OFFICE ASSISTANT NEEDED- FULL TIME (4days/week)
Outpatient medical practice in Weirton, WV seeks EXPERIENCED medical assistant.
The successful candidate MUST have prior knowledge with clinical medicine, insurance companies, medication authorizations, CPT codes, ICD codes, EMR systems.
Job description:
-Clinical duties- rooming patients, taking vitals, charting into an EMR systems, review of medications , collecting urine specimen for lab, general patient care
-Obtaining authorization for medications
-Maintain electronic health records and medical records
-Scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
