Duties

• Greet patients warmly, verify appointments, and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
• Collect patient information, update electronic health records (EHR systems), and ensure accurate documentation of medical histories and demographics
• Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; assist with patient intake processes
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and assisting with basic clinical tasks
• Wound care-Documenting wounds and changing dressings
• Obtained xrays
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements

• Ideally have experience in medical clinics or hospitals
• Familiarity with EHR systems and medical terminology to accurately document patient encounters
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR required to handle emergency situations effectively
• Ability to perform X-ray procedures
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to handle diverse patient populations
