About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and energetic Intern Medical Assistant / Receptionist to join our newly established wellness practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear pathway to a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
• Reach out to and follow up with new potential clients via social media
• Assist with patient intake and basic clinical support
• Assist with clinical procedures and maintain accurate medical records
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Support marketing and administrative projects as needed
• Help create a premium client experience

• Interested in healthcare, wellness, or longevity medicine
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems

• Prior medical or front desk experience is a plus (not required)
