Medical Billing Specialist

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Processing and following up medical claims, identifying denial reasons for medical procedures, treatments, medication, etc
• Providing accurate information to clients regarding the coverage of their benefits.
• Coordinating with insurance providers regarding issues in payments and billing

Requirements:

• At least 1-year BPO experience handling US Healthcare Insurance
• Good working knowledge in processing claims, benefits, eligibilities, denials
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to think outside the box, have analytical mind, generate insights and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in SHAW, MANDALUYONG
• Amenable working night shift

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php29,000.00 per month
