Medical Billing Specialist - Urgent Hiring

Job Title: Medical Billing / Payment Posting Specialist

Primary BPO is hiring a Medical Billing / Payment Posting Specialist to support our healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will manage billing tasks, ensure accurate records, and assist with account reconciliation and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients with overdue payments to collect or arrange payment plans
• Review and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments
• Record financial transactions accurately
• Keep records of payments and account status updated
• Ensure account data is complete and correct
• Work with the collections team to review client payment history and suggest updated payment terms
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending payment reminders, and communicating with clients

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in Medical Billing/ Payment Posting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Background in Cash/Payment Posting and Accounts Receivable
• At least 6 months of experience in the US Healthcare industry
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to support international clients
• Willing to work onsite and on a night shift schedule
• Knowledgeable with ICD 9/10 & CPT codes

Pay: Php32,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
