About the Role

The Clinical Associate (CA) program in Singapore offers foreign-trained doctors a structured opportunity to contribute to patient care in a hospital setting under the supervision of fully licensed doctors. It is ideal for medical professionals who have completed their medical training abroad but do not yet meet full registration requirements under the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).

Clinical Associates will support diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care in a fast-paced environment, gaining valuable clinical exposure and integration into Singapore’s public healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical care under the supervision of a fully registered doctor
• Assist in clinical assessments, patient management, and medical documentation
• Participate in ward rounds, outpatient clinics, and emergency care support
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
• Contribute to hospital workflow in accordance with Ministry of Health guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

• Foreign-trained medical graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience post-Medical Officer role (housemanship/internship not included)
• Preferably trained in Malaysia or a recognized medical school
• Proficient in English; Mandarin or Malay is an advantage
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, hospital-based environment

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: From SGD 4,680 (depending on experience)
• Housing Allowance: SGD 1,000/month
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Performance Bonus
• Relocation Package:
• Inbound air ticket for employee, spouse, and up to 3 children (economy class)
• Temporary hotel accommodation (up to SGD 230/night for 13 nights)
• Settling-in allowance:
• SGD 1,000 (individual)
• SGD 2,000 (with dependents)
