South Dublin Podiatry is a leading Podiatry and Chiropody clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly, professional environment. We are currently looking for two enthusiastic and reliable staff members to join our Patient Care Team. This is a job share role, working 2 days one week and 3 days the following week on rotation, Mon to Fri 8am - 6pm.
As the first point of contact for our patients, this role is key to ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a warm, welcoming experience at every visit. You will work closely with our podiatrists and operations manager to support both patient care and the wider clinic team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the daily appointment schedule to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handling a high volume of phone calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Processing invoices and payments, managing end-of-day cash balancing
- Maintaining a clean, organised front-of-house and waiting area
- Providing clear and friendly communication between patients and podiatrists
- General admin duties such as scanning, shredding, and stock control
- Managing complaints and escalating where appropriate
