Medical Receptionist

Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Customer Service Experience
• Preferred: College experience or bachelor’s degree. Medical terminology.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude, friendly smile, and going above and beyond to exceed patient expectations
• Patient check-in, scheduling, payments, and communication
• Input patient data in Electronic Medical Record
• Keep patient information confidential
• Check insurance benefits and communicate with insurance companies as needed
• Clean and reset treatment rooms after patients, general clinic cleaning and laundry

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
