Medical Receptionist

Experienced Medical Secretary required for busy medical centre.

12 hours per week

Shifts are:
Tuesday & Wednesday 2pm-6pm - Friday 9am-1pm

Needs to be able to work in a fast paced environment and work on their own initiative.

Answer , screen and transfer inbound calls, take and pass on messages.

Manage a busy reception desk and direct patients to waiting room

Knowledge of Socrates software would be a big advantage but training will be provided

Medical background is an advantage and reception/ administration is essential.

Collect all payments , act in a discreet manner & comply with all policies and procedures in a confidential manner

Ideal candidate will need to be flexible with hours and available to cover annual leave

Requirements:

1-2 years reception experience

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to multitask

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ballinlough, Cork, CO. Cork T12: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 1 year (required)
