Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients with professionalism, warmth, and empathy
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using Oscar EMR (experience preferred)
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records through scanning and documentation
• Assist in preparing examination rooms and cleaning minor surgical instruments
• Perform clerical duties including faxing, emailing, filing, and medical correspondence
• Support smooth daily clinic operations by coordinating with physicians, nurses, and staff

Qualifications

• Medical Office Administration Diploma (required)
• Previous experience in a medical, dermatology, or surgical clinic (preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Experience with Oscar EMR is a strong asset
• A professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
