Medical Receptionist

We are a small physician owned; patient experience centered clinic focused on providing high quality healthcare in our community. We are a team-based organization who stives to provide an experience for our patients that not only meets their physical needs but also their emotional ones. Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday AM
• 20-30 Hours Weekly
• 10 Hour Shifts
• Closed Weekends - Paid Holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate with patients and visitors within the facility
• Register patients and verifies identity, demographics, financial and insurance information
• Ability to communicate with clinical staff and problem solve
• Collect and record patient cost share payments
• Utilize technology and "square" to sell products
• Maintain clean and tidy lobby area
• Patient chart preparation
• Data Entry
• Other Tasks as Assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
• Familiarity with medical software preferred
• Solution focused communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
