Medical Receptionist - Customer Service

Casual Role - 16 to 25 hrs per week. May include weekends from time to time.

Must be available Monday , Wed, Fri - 10.30am to 6:30pm

Clinic are highly rated by customers. We are open seven days a week. We are looking for a highly proactive candidate for patient engagement. Our aim is to provide excellent quality services with a touch of IT services such as online bookings, SMS, App's, e-Check In & OUT.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with business manager to maintain industry guidelines.
• Fulling into the available roster
• Daily banking.
• Retain patient through excellent customer service.
• Liaise with patients and their families in a compassionate manner.
• Schedule appointments and patient billings.
• Answer and respond to telephone enquires in a courteous and professional manner.
• Liaising with doctors, staff and other allied health professionals.
• Managing internal / external correspondence, administrative daily routine tasks.
