Medical Receptionist - Full-Time

About the role:

Our Medical Receptionists provide exceptional customer service for our patients and medical services teams. They provide efficient, accurate and timely medical administrative services within our Medical Centre.

This is a full-time roving role, offering the opportunity to work across our four Ballarat Medical Centres as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Our new Medical Receptionist will:

• Have had previous work experience in a medical reception role
• Have a friendly positive attitude and understand exceptional customer service
• Focus on Quality and know the importance of following systems and processes in work practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
• Confident and capable administration and computer skills including MS Office, Teams and ideally Zedmed clinical software,
