Medical Receptionist/Front Desk

Coastal Infusion (www.coastalinfusion.com) is a network of Ambulatory Infusion Centers (AICs). We are currently hiring a new PATIENT CARE NAVIGATOR for our flagship clinic in Boca Raton, FL. This is a key position in which you will be the "face" of our clinic and the first point of contact for patients.

The drugs we administer can be complex, and appointments at ambulatory infusion centers like ours tend to span many hours. You will be our patients' guide through the process and the friendly face they see when they arrive at our clinic.

REQUIREMENTS

This is an entry-level position well suited to new college graduates with an interest in a medical career. However, the following key requirements are non-negotiable:

• College Degree: Candidates must have *completed* a four-year college degree (sorry, no exceptions).
• Bilingual: Must be *fluent* in English and Spanish.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

• Phones: Answering all inbound phone calls (as part of a team with front desk staff at other clinics) .
• Pre-Appointment Contacts: Scheduling patient appointments (after the insurance preauthorization process is complete).
• Reception: Greeting patients warmly upon arrival, collecting paperwork and payments, seating them and making them comfortable.
