Position Summary

The Back Nine Membership Sales Associate ensures that every guest has a positive first impression of the facility. Associates greet visitors, provide short tours, answer basic membership questions, and help maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the space. The role also includes light sales activity, such as helping interested visitors sign up for memberships and encouraging them to leave 5-star Google reviews.

Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction

• Greet first-time visitors professionally and warmly
• Provide quick and simple tours of the facility
• Answer general questions about membership options
• Encourage satisfied guests to leave 5-star Google reviews mentioning your name

Sales Support

• Assist guests in signing up for individual and corporate memberships
• Communicate with management regarding potential leads or questions
• Represent The Back Nine brand in a positive and professional manner

Facility Care

• Reset bays after use (simple cleaning)
• Keep high-traffic areas tidy
• Perform light cleaning such as vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and emptying trash
• Report maintenance issues or unusual conditions

Compensation

• Free membership to The Back Nine
• $25 per individual membership signed up
• $100 per corporate membership signed up
• $20 for each 5-star Google review mentioning your name

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
