Mixologist/Bartender

Calling all Mixologists/Bartenders - We are looking for experienced staff to help us make history in Venetian Village this season. With new leadership behind the bar, you have the chance to help build a legacy and foundation for something really cool here along the water in Park Shore. We are bringing the craft of cocktails to the Village in ways they have not yet experienced. Amidst a new liquor, and spirits list we will be delivering a variety of high end craft, and tiki cocktails that will require attention to detail, and creative minds.

This is your chance to work on a bar where you will be heard, valued, trained, and developed.

Expectations:

- Experienced bar staff looking to grow and expand into leadership roles

- Barbacks looking to become well trained bartenders

A few Highlights of what we offer:

Some of the things we will be doing:

- House made syrups, foams, and mixers

- Creating partnerships with brands both small and large

- Main, Happy Hour, and Seasonal Cocktail menus inspired by our team

- Changing the entire bar culture of the Venetian Village

- Establishing Fish as a staple in Naples for years to come

Full time is a huge need (and will come with a priority on scheduling)
