We’re Hiring: Mobile Retail Specialists – Thunder Bay

We’re looking for Mobile Retail Specialists who are passionate about both technology and customer service. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage customers, learning about their mobile needs
• Recommend tailored plans, devices, and accessories
• Support with activations, warranties, and troubleshooting
• Process sales with accuracy and professionalism
• Contribute to store operations and team success

• Prior retail or wireless experience is an asset, but not required
