Position Overview

As a Mobile THC Budtender, you’re the face of our rolling dispensary. This job is very much choose your own adventure, if you are not self motivated, organized and driven, you will not be successful in this role. You’ll provide product education, personalized recommendations, and responsible service — all while keeping the vibe professional, welcoming, and fun. This role is ideal for someone who loves cannabis, hospitality, and adventure. You have to be great with people and playlists, and driving a bus.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate guests on strains, effects, product types, and proper usage.
• Source locations for mobile vending and create your own schedule.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local and state cannabis laws.
• Set up and break down displays, maintain a clean and organized bus environment.
• Manage mobile point-of-sale systems and inventory tracking.
• Provide friendly, informed, and inclusive customer service.
• Represent the brand at events, festivals, and pop-ups with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Assist with product restocking, compliance documentation, and reporting.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid ID and eligibility to work in the cannabis industry.
• Prior experience as a budtender, in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Self driven, responsible and comfortable creating your own schedule.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, consumption methods, and dosing.
• Comfort working in a mobile, fast-paced, and event-based environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel days.
• Valid driver’s license (bonus if you can drive or assist with the bus).
