Mobile Window Cleaning Technician

We’re looking for a hardworking, fast-learning individual to join our growing team as a window cleaner.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Clean windows at both residential and commercial locations, including high-end properties
• Show up to addresses we send you via our CRM ready to work
• Using professional-grade tools: $4,000 water-fed pole system, DI tanks, boar’s hair brushes, and carbon fiber extension poles
• Handle equipment safely and efficiently
• Deliver clean, spotless results with speed and attention to detail

What We're Looking For:

• Fast learner who’s comfortable picking up advanced tools and techniques
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs of equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in both heat and cold
• Teachable, dependable, and focused on doing quality work
• Smartphone with GPS and good communication
• Valid driver’s license (you may eventually drive our company van)

Pay:
$23/hour once trained, with the expectation of working quickly and efficiently. We’ll teach you everything you need to know—just bring the right attitude.
