About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Operations Manager to lead a team supporting the end-to-end mortgage origination process for high-net-worth and wealth management clients.

This role requires deep expertise in US mortgage operations, strong people leadership experience, operational risk management, and a proven track record of driving process improvements while maintaining compliance and service excellence. You will oversee a portfolio of complex mortgage loans, manage daily operations, develop team members, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely loan processing from intake through funding.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of US mortgage operations experience. Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience within a mortgage or operations environment.

Extensive experience managing teams and performance in a high-volume operations setting.

Strong knowledge of the US mortgage origination lifecycle. Experience handling complex mortgage transactions and escalations.

Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational efficiency projects.

Strong understanding of mortgage compliance, controls, and risk management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience using mortgage origination systems and operational reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end mortgage origination operations from file intake through funding and closing.

Manage pipeline performance, workload prioritization, escalations, and service delivery timelines.

Review and support complex mortgage files involving non-traditional income, assets, and collateral scenarios.

Partner with underwriting, processing, closing, and mortgage solutions teams to resolve operational challenges.

Ensure compliance with US mortgage regulations, internal policies, and operational controls.

Maintain audit readiness, quality standards, and documentation accuracy. Coach, mentor, and manage a team of 5–10 mortgage operations professionals.

Drive operational efficiency initiatives, process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies.

Monitor operational metrics and provide leadership reporting and business updates.

Serve as leadership backup and support broader operational initiatives as needed.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php200,000.00 - Php270,000.00 per month
