Motel Housekeeper – Mt Gambier, Sa

We are looking for an experienced housekeeper to join our team at a well-established large motel.

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for hotel guests.

This is a casual role offering 20+ hrs per week, weekdays and some weekends.

This position is based in Mt Gambier, SA.

Key Responsibilities:

-Thoroughly clean all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impression.

· Work diligently within the established guidelines to achieve the impeccable standards we hold dear.

· Use cleaning materials with care and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure environment.

· Respect guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort

· Report maintenance issues.

· Collaborate with all members of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

· Gather used linens from guest rooms and transport to the designated appropriate area.

The ideal candidate will have:

· You must have work rights within Australia.

· Friendly personality with a positive outlook.

· Relevant experience in similar role within hospitality industry considered ideal.

· An eye for detail.

· Ability to work unsupervised and be well organised.

· The ability to work a rotating roster.
