Mover/Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods, performing moving tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of items. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks and other vehicles for transporting goods.
• Load and unload items using manual labor and equipment such as dollies.
• Assist in packing, wrapping, and securing items for transport to prevent damage.
• Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries, addressing any client concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment used.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Lead and manage movers/helpers team.

Experience

• Previous experience in moving or commercial driving is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with operating box trucks and manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) consistently throughout the workday.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while on the road.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
