Commercial & Residential Portfolio
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 per annum (DOE)

We are seeking experienced Multi-Skilled General Operatives to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This is a permanent, full-time position with excellent earning potential and long-term stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties
• Carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, painting & decorating
• Minor electrical works (non-certified)
• Fault finding and reactive maintenance
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Liaising with management and tenants when required

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a multi-skilled role
• Strong all-round trade skills (one main trade an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Full driving licence preferred
• Safe Pass / Manual Handling (or willingness to obtain)
