Multi Skilled Technician (Qrt)

Duties and responsibilities:

Rapid Response:

• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers and staff.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on airport facilities.
• Carry out repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems to ensure they are functioning efficiently and safely.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and airport policies.
• Conduct safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on maintenance performance and activities.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving maintenance practices and implement best practices.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with the facilities management team, vendors, and contractors to ensure effective coordination of maintenance activities.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-skilled maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a premium hotel, an airport or commercial complex.
• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry maintenance.
• Willing to work on Shifting schedules, weekend and holidays
• On Call during Emergencies
• Willing to be assigned in Mactan Cebu International Airport.

Education

• Technical diploma or equivalent.
• Additional certification or training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.

Trainings

• HVAC and Electrical Maintenance and trouble shooting.
