Multi Skilled Technician - Team Lead

Job Description

  • General Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs
  • Energy Management
  • Safety and Compliance
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Customer Service

Qualification

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-skilled maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a green building or commercial environment.
  • Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection maintenance.
  • Technical diploma or equivalent.
  • Additional certification or training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or a related field is preferred.
  • HVAC and Electrical Maintenance and trouble shooting
  • TESDA NC-2Willing to work on Shifting schedules, weekend and holidays
  • On Call during Emergencies

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
