Multi-Trade Labourer

Green Elm Properties are seeking a multi-trade labourer for an immediate start.

We have a mix of both commercial and residential properties that require ongoing maintenance. Clean full driving license is required as a work vehicle available.

Competent in all DIY skills, painting, decorating, tiling, and carpentry.
Ability to be flexible with all property maintenance related tasks.
Comfortable working on both residential and commercial properties.

This is a good opportunity for someone looking to join a small team with a very strong pipeline of future work.

Salary: €750-€850 per week.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend (emergency repairs only)
