Multiple Assistant Registrars (Nga6)

Assistant Registrars at the National Gallery coordinate, prepare and process complex documentation for domestic and international loans. Working within a dynamic team, you will ensure strict compliance with contractual, transport, legal and security requirements, while establishing insurance, specialised packing, crating and courier arrangements. Both positions require active liaison with lenders, borrowers, shipping agents and internal stakeholders to successfully schedule and allocate resources under tight deadlines. Each position drives a distinct operational area.
Position No. 7215 focuses on core baseline registration logistics, managing complex inward and outward loan frameworks, major temporary exhibitions and standard collection logistics.
Position No. 7217 provides dedicated project management, outward loan administration and partner-venue logistics for the high-profile Sharing the National Collection initiative, facilitating long-term lending programs across Australia.
