Day to Day
National Account Managers at Indeed help Australia's largest organisations more effectively manage their online recruitment strategy. As a senior direct sales representative, you will advocate job search technology to prominent companies across the country. You will promote the inventive power of our products to make organisations more productive and compelling in attracting top talent. Your sales drive and knowledge of Indeed will help more organisations engage with great candidates. We offer continual, comprehensive training and skills-based development to keep your sales techniques refined and effective.
Responsibilities
Accountable for winning new business, developing strategic accounts and expanding revenue across existing clients
Sell performance-based recruitment solutions to Australia's largest enterprise organisations across sectors including financial services, healthcare, retail, resources and the public sector
Assigned to large, complex and high-visibility strategic accounts with national footprint
Conduct in person meetings, executive presentations, webinars and product demonstrations with senior partners
Identify and pursue revenue opportunities across the full breadth of a client organisation, including multiple business units and procurement cycles
Use data and labour market insights to build compelling business cases that drive client investment decisions
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking and referral activity
Collaborate with internal teams including client success, marketing and product to deliver outcomes aligned to client goals
Travel to client sites and industry events as required, with an expected travel requirement of up to 20% of working time
Skills/Competencies
Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience with a track record of winning new business and growing complex accounts
Demonstrated success selling to large Australian organisations, with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles
Experience selling to ASX-listed companies, government agencies or large private enterprises is highly regarded
Solid commercial acumen with a metrics-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting and revenue growth
Ability to translate data and labour market insights into compelling value propositions for C-suite and HR leaders
Consultative and solution-based selling approach with a focus on long-term client outcomes rather than transactional wins. Self-assured communicator who can present with credibility at executive level
Familiarity with the Australian recruitment landscape, including the shifting dynamics between job boards, ATS platforms and direct sourcing models, is an advantage
Salary Range Transparency
Sydney 105,000 - 147,000 AUD per year
The 'On Target Earning' (OTE) range for this role is approximately 130,000 AUD - 172,000 AUD per year.
