National Logistics Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

-Oversee and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations nationwide. This includes hauling operations of live birds from farm to dressing plants and transportation of products (chilled and frozen dressed chicken; materials) from and to identified locations. Ensure that the supply distributions of chicken are continuous and of best quality when delivered to customers.

Duties and Resposibilities includes Logistics Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Team Management, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Performance Monitoring and Reporting, Risk Management, Continuous Imrovement.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or related field.

-Knowledgeable in logistics operation management.

-Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce. Analytical and problem solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers and regulatory authorities. Proficiency in using supply chain management tools for data analysis and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 per month
