National Sales Manager

• We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our newly established Feed Additives Division, representing high quality China partner brands. The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of animal additives, industry players and livestock production practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead national sales operations and manage a sales team
• Introduce, accredit and promote feed additive products
• Build strong client relationships with integrators, feed mills and farms
• Conduct trainings, presentations and marketing activities
• Coordinate closely with international brand partners
• Plan and execute sales strategies and market development programs

Qualifications:

• Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary medicine, or related field
• 5-7 or more years of work experience in feed additives, feed, or livestock industry sales
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Organized, dependable and a team player
• Good industry network and willing to travel
• Has good work ethics
