Position Summary You will lead the national sales function in the Philippines. You will build and coach a high-performing sales team, work closely with colleagues across medical, marketing, access, and operations, and drive clear, insight-led commercial plans. You will be accountable for national performance, talent development, and strong customer relationships. We value leaders who are collaborative, curious, and focused on measurable impact. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead and motivate the national sales team to meet and exceed commercial targets. - Translate market and clinical insight into clear national plans and priorities. - Coach first-line sales leaders to strengthen field execution and capability. - Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. - Drive performance through regular tracking, analysis, and timely corrective actions. - Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment of strategy, training, and customer engagement. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or related field. - Minimum 7 years of progressive sales experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. - Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multi-level sales teams or national sales functions. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering commercial results. - Strong people leadership skills, including coaching and talent development. - Eligible to work in the Philippines and willing to travel as required. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience in hospital, specialty or primary care channels within the Philippines. - Experience developing and implementing national launch or commercial roll-out plans. - Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to shape strategy and decisions. - Experience working cross-functionally with medical, market access, and supply teams. - Advanced degree in business or related field, or professional sales leadership training. - Strong communication skills in English and Filipino. Working arrangement This role is primarily on-site with regular field travel across the Philippines. Some hybrid working will be supported for collaboration and planning activities.
