DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a dedicated and experienced National Security Operations Manager to provide functional expertise in security management. This role will support the maintenance and implementation of our strategy, ensuring effective security governance and consistent, high-quality direction across our operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and implement regional security standards and policies in alignment with DHL and the Global Security framework.
• Manage, review, and investigate security-related incidents, reporting on metrics, trends, and root causes and corrective actions.
• Conduct and deliver risk assessments, audits, and security training programs.
• Ensure customer value through optimized security performance and drive positive customer feedback.
• Collaborate with DSC global security and country management to implement security policies and standards, identifying gaps and reporting accordingly.
• Aim to reduce losses, security incidents, and related claims within your level of responsibility.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in security/loss prevention management.
• Experience within the supply chain, logistics, or transportation industry (desirable).
• Investigative experience, ideally within a police environment
• A qualification in the field of security management or certification from professional security bodies will be highly regarded.
