What You’ll Do

• Canvass neighborhoods to promote Marc Poulos Painting & Decorating.
• Distribute flyers when homeowners aren't available.
• Oversee and coordinate 3–4 flyer distributors and canvassers.
• Identify target neighborhoods and place yard signs when jobs are completed.
• Capture simple photos/videos for marketing use.
• Assist with local marketing campaigns.
• Track weekly marketing activity, leads, and results; update scorecards and spreadsheets.
• Provide weekly updates and align with sales reps and project managers.
• Maintain marketing materials and keep inventory organized.
• Occasional weekend or evening hours.
• Use a reliable vehicle for field work and represent the company professionally.

Pay & Perks

• Earning potential on the first year: $50,000–$80,000
• Flexible schedule: Mostly 10am–6pm, with occasional evenings/weekends
