JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide support and knowledge transfer to sales & delivery team for site information, proof-of-concept demonstration, presentation, application.
- Responsible for new hardware and software verification processes for POC and Demos.
- Responsible and manage/update marketing product documentation.
- Responsible for project implementation and knowledge handling over.
- Provide application consultancy and support to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
- Coordinate and manage the onsite supported system.
- Coordinate system project roll-out, meetings and updates.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Degree in Computer Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering/ Telecommunications or equivalent.
- Diploma in Common ICP Programme/Engineering Programme
- Experience in Cybersecurity products will be an added advantage.
- Network Equipment or IT Security Vendor experienced preferred.
- Good knowledge of Linux Operating System (Redhat, Oracle Linux) soft skill will be preferred.
- Good knowledge and understanding of wireless network architecture, network protocols and various network technologies (GSM/UMTS/LTE/2G/3G/4G/5G/NBIOT), and their evolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation skills to effectively carry out key product and solution messages during customer engagements.
- Project management skillset and experience would be added advantages.
