The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and driven New Log Account Manager to join our team in Norway. This is a strategic, high-impact hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and driving business growth across the Norwegian market.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to win new enterprise customers

  • Manage complex sales cycles and engage with C-level stakeholders

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while ensuring forecast accuracy

  • Collaborate with technical, marketing, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Position Trend Micro as a trusted cybersecurity advisor

  • Work closely with channel partners to maximize market reach

What You'll Bring

  • Proven success in enterprise sales, ideally within cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS

  • Strong experience engaging IT and business decision-makers

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive and close complex deals

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of quota attainment

  • Fluent Norwegian and English

  • Self-starter mentality with a collaborative and growth-oriented approach
