Night Auditor

We are looking for a Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations and ensure smooth financial reporting during night shifts. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle night operations efficiently, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries professionally.
• Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation and generate reports.
• Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and balanced.
• Monitor hotel safety and security during the night shift.
• Address guest concerns and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
✔ Previous experience in front desk, accounting, or night audit is an advantage.
✔ Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
✔ Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
✔ Ability to work independently and handle guest concerns professionally.
✔ Willing to work night shifts in Alabang.
