- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Respond to guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

- Previous experience in night audit or front desk operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends as required
