Night Guest Service Agent Parttime 16-40 Uur Per Week

A Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing a welcoming and helpful experience to hotel guests by assisting them with their reservations, check-ins and check-outs, as well as responding to their needs and concerns during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Distribute mail
• Act as first point of contact for visitors
• Check-ins and Check-Outs
• Responding to the needs and concerns of the guests
• Prepare Room Service orders if needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Organized
• Able to mulitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to speak English, Dutch is a pre and extra language an advantage

Salaris: €16,00 - €18,00 per uur
