Part-Time Night Receptionist – Hostelle Amsterdam (2 Nights/Week)

Job Description:
Hostelle Amsterdam – a women-only hostel – is looking for a reliable and friendly Night Receptionist to join our team 2 nights per week: one weekday and one weekend night.

Shift Hours:
21:00 – 01:00 (4 hours per night)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and checking in guests
• Responding to emails and phone calls
• Assisting guests with questions or issues
• Keeping the reception area and common spaces tidy
• Thinking creatively and finding solutions when problems arise
• Being flexible with work hours/days (including weekends)

Requirements:

• Availability during December, especially over Christmas or New Year
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A friendly, approachable attitude
• Able to work independently at night
