About the Role
One Stop People Solutions is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to conduct Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) for U.S. Veterans in Hopkinsville, KY. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, offering high per-day compensation and flexible scheduling, with no treatment or follow-up care required.

Evaluations are conducted in person at a provided location. You will support Veterans by performing structured, objective assessments that help determine eligibility for service-connected benefits.

Compensation

• $1,200 – $2,100 per day, based on volume
• $62,400 – $109,200 annually for 1 day/week
• $124,800 – $218,400 annually for 2 days/week

Actual earnings depend on the number and type of DBQs completed per day (Rates based on seeing 6 patients a day - subject to change and need).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-person Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)
• Conduct General Medical evaluations
• Complete and submit documentation per VA requirements
• Collaborate with our credentialing and scheduling teams
• Maintain a professional, Veteran-focused approach

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license
• ANCC or AANP board certification
• Minimum 2 years of licensed NP experience (waivers may be available)
• Updated CV/resume
• Strong clinical evaluation and documentation skills
• Professionalism and reliability
