US RN On Call Specialist Job Description

Elder Care Homecare is seeking a dynamic US Registered Nurse On Call Specialist. We are a private pay homecare agency servicing New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts with additional expansion planned within the next year. This is a home based role based in Philippines.

Elder Care has been in operation for over eight years, however our growth has dramatically increased over the last two.

As a US Registered Nurse On Call Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with our clients and caregivers and providing support out of our regular US hours. The ideal candidate will be a, have excellent communication skills, be able to build trust and operate with empathy, and have flexibility with their schedule. Responsibilities:

• Connecting with our clients and caregiver teams outside of regular Eastern Standard Time hours
• Foster an alliance with Clients and Families regarding their care
• Provide remote consultation and triage situations over the phone
• Provide guidance and connection to internal and external resources
• Communicate with US-based team members to ensure patients have appropriate access to care
• Accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and progress using internal systems
• Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• US RN license (NY, NJ or MA)
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge base
• Experience with Clear Care Software is a plus!
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• History of being efficient and organized while multitasking
• Ability to think critically to resolve emergent issues
• Flexibility around schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• US RN license (Required)
