About O2 Light Bar

O2 Light Bar is Singapore’s first full-spectrum infrared sauna and negative ion therapy studio, nestled in the heart of The Cathay at Dhoby Ghaut. We offer private, 50-minute sessions designed to help guests sweat deeper, recover faster, and feel genuinely renewed.

We’re a small, intentional team — every person here shapes the guest experience directly. We’re looking for someone warm, grounded, and genuinely interested in wellness to be the face and heartbeat of our studio.

The Role

As an O2 Light Host, you are the first and last impression every guest has of O2 Light Bar. Your role goes beyond front desk — you are part host, part educator, part space-keeper. You’ll guide guests through their entire visit, from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave feeling restored.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience

  • Welcome guests warmly and make them feel at ease from the moment they arrive
  • Introduce O2 Light Bar’s services, explain the science behind full-spectrum infrared sauna and negative ion therapy in a clear, approachable way
  • Walk new guests through the full session flow so they feel confident and comfortable

Session Preparation

  • Prepare each private suite before every session —lay fresh towels, set sauna temperature, and ensure water and amenities are ready
  • Conduct a brief pre-session orientation for first-time visitors

Studio Upkeep

  • Maintain the studio in immaculate condition at all times — reception area, suites, restrooms, and communal spaces
  • Prepare and replenish tea, beverages, and consumables throughout the day
  • Sanitise and deep-clean equipment and treatment rooms after every session, following our hygiene protocols

Sales & Retention

  • Complete guest check-out smoothly and accurately, handling payments via POS
  • Introduce guests to our website and app, guiding them through registration
  • Naturally and sincerely share our membership and package options — you’re not hard-selling, you’re helping guests find a routine that works for them
  • Follow up on enquiries and support ongoing guest retention efforts

Who We’re Looking For

Must-have

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Warm, genuine personality — guests should feel like they’re being looked after by a friend, not a staff member
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in keeping a space beautiful

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
