Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments. Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Handle filing systems, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks to ensure organized recordkeeping
- Support bookkeeping activities and assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via phone or email, ensuring excellent customer service standards
- Assist with medical or dental office procedures if applicable, including scheduling appointments and managing patient or client information
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and correspondence
- Support team members with organizational needs to enhance overall office productivity
Experience
- Prior office experience is required, preferably in administrative or clerical roles within medical or dental offices
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Experience managing multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading and filing tasks
- Demonstrated customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Previous experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus, especially for roles such as Dental Receptionist or Medical Office Assistant

Pay: $18.92-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
