Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and project timelines
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and records
  • Support project managers and sales staff with data entry, invoicing, and customer communications
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and field technicians to ensure timely project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and project files
  • Ensure a clean, professional, and efficient office environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role (experience in solar or construction industry is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office management are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ballycoolin road, CO. Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)
  • Administration: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 12/05/2025
