Office Administrator Position
Location: Onsite in Callaghan’s Electrical, BURT Co. Donegal, F93 XDP8
37.5 hours per week. 9am-5.30pm, Mon-Fri.
Callaghan's Electrical is an award-winning home appliance retailer with over 50 years in the business.
We are looking to expand our team to include a full time Office Administrator. The office administrator will report directly to the shop manager, while working closely across other departments. Your duties will comprise of a diverse range of administrative tasks to help support sales.
Salary is dependent on experience and ability.
Job Description:
· Updating, tracking and managing supplier pricing lists and sales promotion activity.
· Update and maintain stock history on promotional models.
· Assist management team in sales reporting.
· Liaise with the accounts, warehouse, web and sales teams as needed.
· Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently.
· Handling general office administration tasks (emails, phones, filing, invoicing).
· Assisting with data entry and document management.
· Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative needs.
· Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
· Order office supplies and manage inventory.
· Ad hoc duties that arise in the office.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
· Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
· Strong computer and data entry skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
· Experience with stock management systems is beneficial.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and meet deadlines.
· An adaptability to respond to a fast-moving business environment.
· Great attention to detail and organisation
