Office Administrator // Appointment Setter // Client Care (Remote Position) Andrew Tannus’ Student Lawn Services – Spring & Summer 2026
Compensation:
$27,700 or $26/hr is the total compensation, including the bonus
- Base Pay: $23/hour
- Season Completion Bonus: $3,200 paid at the end of the season if you stay for the full 6‑month term and remain in good standing
- Contract Length: ~6 months (March 15th – September 15th)
- Hours: ~Full‑time, Monday–Friday
About the Role:
We’re a student‑run, student‑owned lawn care company that’s growing quickly. Our crews are in the field all day; you are the person who keeps the front office, clients, and schedule organized from behind the scenes.
As the Client Care & Operations Coordinator, you’ll handle:
- Inbound and outbound communication: Emails, texts, and calls with leads and clients
- Booking and qualifying estimates
- Invoices and closing jobs
- Tracking hours and simple budgets

Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle company emails and texts from leads and clients
- Respond to inbound email and text (inquiries regarding quotes, services, scheduling, pricing, etc…)
- Send outbound emails and texts (regarding schedule delays, following up on pending quotes, confirming appointments, etc…)
Handle company phone calls
- Inbound calls from leads (quotes/estimates and qualify them–service, area, rough scope)
- Inbound calls from clients (basic customer inquiries– mostly schedule related)
- Outbound calls to leads who booked estimates online (call to pre‑qualify them before we show up)
- Outbound calls to Facebook leads (when leads come in, call to book an estimate and qualify)
Administrative work
- Send booking confirmation emails
- Draft and send monthly invoices
- Ensure cards are on file for all active clients
- Google sheets data input and organization
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 1–3+ years in office admin, customer service, appointment setting/sales, or similar
- Comfortable handling phones + email + text all day
Skills:
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Clear, friendly written and spoken communication
- Able to handle multiple conversations and tasks at once without dropping details
- Confident using:
- Email + calendar
- Google Sheets / spreadsheets
- Basic CRMs or job tracking tools (we’ll train you on the specific apps)
Availability & Setup:
- Able to work remotely from home with:
- Reliable internet
- A quiet-ish space for calls
- A computer and smartphone
- Available full‑time Monday–Friday from March 15th to September 15th
Mindset:
- You like being the person who keeps everything organized and moving
- Comfortable taking ownership and making things happen without constant supervision
- Respectful toward clients and team, polite but confident on the phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
